Service Description

A small group class that works with pregnant women and their birthing partners to learn skills and relaxation techniques that can be used throughout pregnancy, labour and into parenthood. This is a safe space for women and their birthing partners to share stories, hopes, fears and learn self hypnosis techniques that will support them through pregnancy and beyond.
